We serve a wide range of legal doucuments including civil, family court, and small claims matters. Service is completed in accordance with applicable laws and procedures. If you have questions about a specific request, feel free to contact us prior to submission.
Once your request is received, service is assigned based on the information provided. Attempts are made at different times of day to maximize the likelihood of successful service. After service is completed, a signed affidavit of service is provided for your records. When available, supporting documentation such as timestamped photos may also be included.
Service time depends on the service option selected and the availbitlity of the individual being served. Initial attempts are typically made within the selected service timeframe and completion may occur on the first attempt or require additional attempts.
All services include up to three attempts made at different times of day. The difference between service options is how quickly the first attempt is made. Additional attempts may be requested if needed.
Each visit to an address coutns as one attempt. Attempts may be made on the same day or across multiple days depending on circumstances. If multiple addresses are provided, each visit to each address is considered a separate attempt.
To request service, you should provide the full name of the individual to be served, a valid service address if available, and the documents to be served. Any additional details, such as known schedules, vehicle information, or access instructions, may help improve the likelihood of successful service. If an address is not avialable, options can be discussed after your request is submitted.
If service is unsuccessful, we will provide an affidavit of non-service. Additional attempts or further steps may be discussed if needed.
Payment terms may vary depending on the type of client and service requested. In some cases, payment may be required prior to service, while established clients may be invoiced. Details will be confirmed at the time of request.
In some situations, assistance with updated address information may be available in connection with a service request. Options can be discussed after your request is submitted.
